Camp Distillery

***Our APRIL 8th Course is fully reserved.  However, our next course will be on NOV 11th, 2013.  We do anticipate this class to be fully reserved several weeks ahead of time.  So, reserve your seat(s) as soon as you can!

We hold regular offerings of "Camp Distillery" a few times each year.  We feel that focusing our efforts on this course a select amount of times each year allows us to prepare and present a high-quality experience for all in attendance.  Camp Distillery is an all-purpose "starting your own distillery" class.  Based on both our desire to present an all-encompasssing, professional course of instruction, as well as feedback from past attendees, we feel that this is the best possible 1-day course for your money. 

Our next event will be held on Monday, November 11th, 2013, beginning at 6:15am, CST.  We try to wrap things up no later than 5:30pm.  The purpose of the early start is to take attendees through the entire production process, as well as planning, regulations, and marketing considerations for the business.  This course is for those that are very interested in learning more about the art & science of distilling and/or seriously considering the prospect of starting their own craft/microdistillery.  This course is available only by reservation and is limited to 15 attendees.   

The primary instructor for the course is Paul Tomaszewski, Co-founder & Head Distiller of MB Roland Distillery.  Paul has taken part in every part of this business from distillery setup & licensing to production, marketing, and assisting in the establishment of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour with the Kentucky Distillers' Association.  This is similar to the same course that Paul took part in developing and giving for the American Distilling Institute (ADI) during the ADI Conference in April, 2012.  Assistant instructors also include two other full-time distillers that are all available for one-on-one Q&A throughout the day's instruction.  Everyone involved with this course takes it very seriously and we strive to improve it each and every time!

Early registration is $350/person (before September 1st).

Standard registration is $400/person (after September 1st).

NOTE:  We do anticipate each class to be fully reserved well in advance, we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE all interested parties to register as soon as possible.
